Room lay-out was comfortable and relaxing.

minimal elevators for occupancy level; wait time for elevators was excessive.

You should not be charing extra for parking and failing to disclose this in advance. If you disclose in advance, you should use larger type.

My husband, our oldest son and myself enjoyed our stay at your hotel when we stayed for the Thansgiving weekend, as our youngest son attends Queens. There is no doubt that we will return again as we have fallen in love with Kingston, and we will stay in your hotel. The room was beautiful, clean we had the best view of the Harbour and Kingston. When we checked in the clerk on the front desk was efficient and friendly and informative, and was kind in giving us the best suite, with best view on the top floor. On the first night of our stay, it was a little cool, and I called down to the front desk asking if we could have two more blankets.....within 5 minutes a very pleasant clerk brought us 2 quilts, and when I tipped him, he was so surprised and happy.

Thee was only one area we were a little disappointed in was in Housekeeping. On Saturday morning before we left for our day trip, we left a note along with their tip, that we needed new towels for 3 of us, as there were only 2 towels that had been left in our room when we checked in. They did. On Sunday we were going out for the afternoon.....we left around 12.30-1.00, with plans to return around 4.00, to get dressed as we were going on the Boat Cruise that left at 5.30. When we came back our room had not been made up. We had folded the bed back up when we went out, but our bed had not been made, and the wet towels were still in the shower. We did see the housekeepers, and asked if they could give us clean and dry towels, and as I had already made our bed, that was all we needed. The housekeeper went into our bathroom, took all the wet ones, and left us clean towels......however only left us us bath towels for 2 people....again. I realize how busy your hotel is, and this seems a little petty, bit this the only "negative" part of our stay, and we WILL BE BACK, and we still left tips for the housekeeping staff.

Very nicely appointed. The fridge and microwave with dishes is a great option for families like ours. Nice view of the harbour. A Everything was new and clean. The breakfast which was included was also a great pick for our family.

Beautiful setting over the water so convenient to the Thousand Island and Wolfe Island Ferry. A beautiful city the Residence Inn located just a walk away from shopping and fine dining. Had friends with us from California they thoroughly enjoyed the serenity and relaxation about the hotel. We enjoyed a beautiful dinner on the patio next to the lakd it was a beautiful dinner.

Very nice and clean. I typically stay at hotels like the Trump or Ritz. I was pleasantly surprised at how very nice this hotel was.

Room size was comfortable, the view was excellent and the staff was professional and polite.

Excellent hotel....be sure to get a lake view corner suite. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Need to add a kettle to the kitchen and another comfortable chair which can be moved from the larger bedroom into the living room area as needed. Breakfast was tons of food; waffes were a favourite! Fresh lemon water at reception is a lovely welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

    Fabulous

    Very comfortable bed and pillows

I booked three nights in advance. Upon arrival I said I could not stay the third night, however the clerk said I could not get any refund for the third night. This did not seem fair. room service poor: took 30 minutes to return my phone call that I wanted room service and another hour to get dinner. However, food was good. Price seemed a little high.

The conveniece of the location. The beauty of the water surrounding, along with the old world architecture charm of the buildings. The friendiness of the local people of kingston. The cleanliness of the streets.

The 2 bedroom, lakeview suite was great and very comfortable. The beds were fantastic and we had everything we needed including 2 bathrooms and 3 TVs. The location was a walking distance to most historical attractions and dozens of restaurants. We had free breakfast every morning as well as a free dinner on the Tuesday evening. It felt like a home away from home. I would stay there again without any question.

    Superb

Lovely suite room with kitchen facilities. Very comfy bed. Great view. Nice pool but very small hot tub so not many could use it at any one time.

Had issue with lack of toiletries for example only one bar of soap to be shared between the sink and the shower. No body lotion which seems to be standard at all high end hotels these days (or any other items such as shower cap, qtips etc). Would have liked a sliding door on sink area for privacy if others were in the room sitting on the sofa having a drink for example. Also, noticed that it was awkward getting in the main doors with trolley - had to locate the handicap button to open door automatically. Otherwise, very happy with this choice of hotel.

Clean and beautiful accomodations. Complimentary breakfast that was ample and offered great variety. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, and walking trail. Wonderful stay and looking forward to a return visit soon!

I liked just about everything and it was located close to where all the action is, like shopping, dining and entertainment.

The toilets were too low and the shower floor was too slippery.
